HOW TO ADD ITEM TO BASKET
If you using KIOSK:
Tap to box in middle top "SEARCH" then you can hold item towards the scanner located in the bottom right corner, you need then manually select it and add to basket.
If you using your PHONE
Scan the QR code with your camera, displayed in front of the item you want to buy, then add to basket. For each QR code your camera will open separete window, however if you keep just the last opened window you will see all the QR codes and the products in your basket.
HOW TO SEARCH FOR ITEM WITHOUT BARCODE
Small items such as jewellery only have art.number "ARTICLE NUMBER" so to add item as such to basket, type the number to the search box and press search.
Otherwise on the Home page of our website you can also use the COLLECTIONS to search for different product categories such as SKINCARE, ENGRAVED JEWELLERY, STATIONERY, JESMONITE INTERIOR & STONES & PEARLS JEWELLERY.
You can also use the top menu and navigate through our full inventory.
CANNOT FIND ITEM OR NEED HELP?
Simply head to our website and click on CHAT. You just have to fill in your name and email so I can get in touch with you, then you can send me a picture of a product or your entire shopping and I can make your order from the back-end and you can pay by invoice send you email.

If you want to choose Free Store Pick-up but instead prepaid shipping, please send us an email so we know and we will happily refund it back!
