Order processing & shipping

 

Production lead times: Most of the jewellery items on my website are made to order and production times in low season are 2 working days (January-March) and in high season 4 days (April-December). If you need your item sooner, get in touch to get an estimate of the production and delivery times.

Shipping times:

NORWAY-EUROPE: around 7 working days

USA AND CANADA: around 14 working days

REST OF THE WORLD: around 21 working days

(these are all an estimate and Art house fern cannot not take responsibility and cannot guarantee exact shipping dates and times)

Shipping agent:

For all packages and letters, the courier is Posten. Parcels and international letter class post can be tracked at, www.posten.no 

Once your order is dispatched it will be updated with the tracking number for your to follow up with. The destination country courier depends on your country. Please check on your order once it leaves Norway to ensure smooth delivery.

Customs 

Buyer is responsible for any custom fees due on import. Delays caused by customs are not something we can help with or prevent. Declaration form with value of the package is provided with every International order. If package does not get custom cleared in your destinastion due to you not providing neccessary details to Import authorities and your package is returned to Arthousefern as undeliverable, you will need to pay shipping fee again for it to be resend.
