Shipping policy

Order processing times: After your order is placed, it takes between 1-3 working days for me to process it.

Custom orders require additional 7 days for processing to make a plan, discuss and agree upon the idea with you, source ingredients etc., unless agreed otherwise. 

Production lead times: Most of my items on the website are made to order and production times vary in low season (January-April) 3 working days, to high season 5 days (May-December). If you need your item sooner, get in touch to get an estimate of the production and delivery times.

Shipping times: 

Norway : around 5 working days

EUROPE: around 8 working days

OUTSIDE EUROPE: around 10 working days

Shipping agent:

For all packages and letters, the courier is Posten. Parcels and international letter class post can be tracked at, www.posten.no 

Once your order is dispatched it will be updated with the tracking number for your to follow up with. The destination country courier depends on your country and I cannot be responsible for delays due to customs or correspondence in connection with foreign postal companies. Please check on your order once it leaves Norway to ensure smooth delivery.

Pick up in-store: 

For orders placed with in-store pick up, it depends if items are in-stock or they are made to order items. Read about my processing times and production lead times above to get an idea. If you unsure, do not hesitate and contact me at fernhora@gmail.com

You will receive an email when your order is ready to be collected. Please wait to receive email to avoid taking trip to the store too early!
